Starwind adoption

Adoption rule
All installed Starwind core components are part of this DS intake. If a component overlaps an
existing Curtain Critics pattern, the goal is to theme/adapt Starwind until it matches our
decision. If it has no current counterpart, it stays here as a Starwind-backed DS primitive for
future product use.
Feedback pass applied
Many rows now have a direction: Starwind functionality with Curtain Critics styling where useful,
current DS styling where the house style is already stronger. Rows that were explicitly unclear
stay marked as open instead of receiving invented product decisions.
Not adopted for product DS
Color Picker and Context Menu are installed with Starwind but removed from the active decision board:
current product feedback says we do not need them.
